Background: White birch and hazel allergens, namely Bet v1 Cor a1 are known but their allergen specificity is not yet characterized.
 Objective: To map the antigenic determinants responsible for IgE binding utilizing in silico modelling docking of peptides against antibody.
 Methods: The antigen sequences were cut into docked antibody those with highest scores further studied bond interactions. overlapping high score observed whole model to predict position. residues at interactions also been reported these peptide sequences.
 Results: validation done by antigen-antibody studies confirm predicted epitope. 25% world population suffers from allergic rhinitis 15% them develop asthma. Conclusion: Negative energies pollen allergens allergenicity. Based on results PF 3,4 16,17 play a key role allergenic response white Common hazel.
